Egypt cancels joint naval war games with Turkey

Egypt has cancelled the joint naval war games with Turkey scheduled for October, the country's Foreign Ministry says in a statement.

The move is aimed at protesting against Turkey's "unacceptable remarks and acts which are a direct interference in Egypt's internal affairs," RIA Novosti reports.
