Federal judge dies in Kabardino-Balkaria

A federal judge has died in a car crash in the North Caucasian republic of Kabardino-Balkaria, a source in the local law-enforcement agencies says.

The incident occured last night at 10 p.m. on the Nalchik-Prokhladny highway, the Interfax-South news agency reports.
