New Iranian FM says his country ready for nuclear talks

New Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif says the Islamic Republic is ready for a new round of talks concerning Iran's nuclear programme, Agence France Presse reports on Sunday.

The Iranian foreign minister said so in a telephone conversation with EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton. The EU official stressed that the 5+1 group is ready to continue talks as well.
