Suleiman Kerimov Foundation buys Uralkali shares

The Suleiman Kerimov Foundation has recently purchased 4% of Uralkali shares from Alexander Nesis’ structures and 0.55% from some unannounced shareholder, Vedomosti reports.

The foundation owns a total of 21.75% of Uralkali shares. The company’s shares started dropping in price since early 2013 and lost 19.2% of value in June.
