Iran football team beats Hong Kong in Asian Youth Games

Iran’s national youth football team has defeated Hong Kong at the group stage of the 2nd Asian Youth Games, which are being held in China, Iranian state-run news agency Press TV reports.

The Iranian team beat Hong Kong 5-0 in a bruising Group C encounter at the Wutaishan Stadium in the eastern Chinese city of Nanjing on Thursday, the news agency informs. 

The Iranian young football players also defeated Indonesia 4-0 in its opening match on Tuesday.
