Iran confirms Putin will meet Rouhani

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has confirmed that the Islamic Republic's President Hassan Rouhani will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 13 at the coming summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Bishkek.

According to the Iranian official, Rouhani's meeting with Putin is one of the most important events of the summit for the Islamic Republic.
