Pavel Grudinin on the stagnation of agriculture

The Russian government has approved its rural development program for 2014-2017 and for the period up to 2020 developed by the Ministry of Agriculture. Funding for the program to 2020 will amount to 299.2 billion rubles. This will create more than 30,000 jobs.
