Chambers of Kazakh parliament to have joint session

The lower and the upper chamber of the Kazakh parliament will have a joint session in Astana at 11.00 am on September 2, 2013, Trend reports.

The joint session was initiated by Speaker of the Lower Chamber of Parliament Nurlan Nigmatulin.
