100 million roubles collected in Moscow as police fine illegal aliens

100 million roubles have been collected by the Moscow authorities as the police started to fine illegal aliens living in the city, a representative of the local office of the Interior MInistry, Oleg Sigunov, says.

A large-scale police operation against migrants has been started recently as the city prepares for the mayoral elections.
