Lower chamber of Russian parliament starts autumn session

The lower chamber of the Russian parliament has started the autumn session today. It will be shifted for the parliamentary committees from September 2, RIA Novosti reports.

The first parliamentary session of chamber is planned for September 10. MPs will consider such bills as restoration of the mixed electoral system, RAS reform, economic amnesty, combating pirated copies and a vote of  censure initiated by the CPRF.
