Medvedev makes changes in North Caucasus Interior Ministry

The new head of staff of the North Caucasus Interior Ministry is Mikhail Velichko, the first deputy of the main department in the ministry in the North Caucasus is Valery Zhernov. The deputy of the main department is General Nikolay Simakov, says RIA Novosti.
