Building of North Caucasus Federal University to start by end of 2010

The building of the North Caucassian Federal University is to start before the end of 2010 near Stavropol, the Stavropol Territory governor, Valery Gaevsky, told RIA-Novosti. A working group has been created to discuss the exact location of the university.
