Head of maternity hospital in Vladikavkaz accused of selling a baby

The head of the First Maternity Hospital in Vladikavkaz, Valentina Tedeyeva, who is accused of selling a baby, is going to go on trial soon, the Russian Prosecutor General's office reports.

In March 2013 Tedeyeva allegedly tried to sell a baby for 500 thousand roubles. She is now facing 10 years in prison.
