Iranian lawmakers to visit Damascus

An Iranian parliamentary delegation headed by Alaeddin Borujerdi, head of the parliamentary committee for national security and foreign affairs, will visit Damascus on August 31, ITAR-TASS cites Seyed Hussein Nagavi-Hussein, spokesman of the committee.

The lawmakers will study the situation in Syria in the light of Western threats.
