Russian president congratulates Belarus' Lukashenko on his birthday

Russian President Vladimir Putin today congratulated his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko on his birthday, the president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.

Putin sent Lukashenko an official telegram.
