Kizlyr mayor suspected of illegally acquiring 13 million rubles

Kizlyar Mayor Vyacheslav Palamarchuk and functionaries of municipal administration are suspected of acquiring over 13 million rubles by forging housing documents, RIA Novosti reports.

The officials forged documents on reception of new housing to replace shattered apartments. The area stated in documents was exaggerated.

Palamarchuk has been the City Mayor for over 20 years. Kizlyar head the highest socio-economic development rate in Dagestan for five years in a row.
