Syrian authorities demand prevention of possible aggression against the country

The authorities of Syria demand prevention of a possible military operation against the country. They presented their demand in a letter to the Secretary General of the UN Ban Ki-moon.

“The Syrian government urges the Secretary General  to take responsibility and do his best for prevention of any aggression against Syria and to constribute to political settlement of the crisis situation,” RIA Novosti cites the letter.
