Azerbaijan to help Afghanistan make oil explorations

Azerbaijani Minister for Industry and Energy Natig Aliyev will sign a cooperation memorandum with the Afghan Petroleum Ministry in November 2013 to help Afghanistan search for oil, 1news.az cites the minister today.

Azerbaijan will organize courses to improve the qualification of Afghan specialists. The memorandum will resemble a road map for realization of the projects.
