Andrey Baklanov: “A strike on Syria will destroy the foundation of international law”

The advisor to the deputy chairman of the Federation Council, Andrey Baklanov, thinks that a strike on Syria threatens the whole international community, because it discredits such organizations as the UN and the Security Council. According to the diplomat, the main thing is to stay calm.
