Dry-cargo Hong-Kong vessel detained for polluting Black Sea

The dry-cargo vessel ‘GREAT MAJESTY’, sailing under the Hong-Kong flag, has been detained at a mooring in the port of Poti, Georgia Online reports.

The vessel was detained for polluting the Black Sea. Its captain, Matiar Rakhman, was fined $5,500.
