Moscow mayor to be inaugurated on Thursday

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin will be inaugurated on September 12, RIA Novosti reports.

Sobyanin won the elections of September 8 with 51.37% of votes, followed by oppositionist Alexey Navalny with 27.24%.
