The wife of president Medvedev has opened an exhibition of young artists in a mobile Academy of Arts and held a conference with veterans of the Second World War, reports RIA Novosti.
She noted that the unique climate of the city inspires artists, musicians and actors and she is glad that now they can support them here.
Among the professors of the academy are teachers from the leading universities of the country, helping young people develop their talents. Svetlana Medvedeva thanked the veterans for fighting in the war and for their courage.
Money certificates were given to the Council of Veterans and to the Victoria center for youth rehabilitation.
