Ramzan Kadyrov: MegaFon to return 40 million rubles to people who voted for the "Heart of Chechnya"

The Chechen President, Ramzan Kadyrov wrote today in Instagram that his administration and the mobile operator MegaFon reached an understanding on the need to return money to people who had voted for the Heart of Chechnya Mosque in the "Russia-10" contest since it was withdrawn from the competition.

On August 30 the head of Chechnya reported that MegaFon ignored votes from Chechnya given to the mosque, referring to setbacks in broadcasting.
