New hydropower plant unveiled in Azerbaijan

A new hydropower plant has been unveiled in Azerbaijan. The Arpachay power plant has been constructed in the Nakhchyvan Autonomous Republic. The plant is expected to produce 60 million kilowatts per hour of energy.

The construction of the power plant began in February, 2011.
