Ecology of Chechnya receives first prize

Isa Shahtomirov, the chairman of the Chechen government's Ecology Committee, was awarded first prize in the nomination "100 best organizations. Ecology and industrial safety" by the Independent Public Council, reports yuga.ru, referring to the press service of the president of the republic.
One of Shahtomirov's most interesting achievements is publishing a book of rare species of Chechnya for the first time. At present he teaches and carries out scientific research.
