Militants prepare new terrorist acts in Chechnya

The Chechen counter-terrorism center says that militants are preparing new attacks in the Sunzhensky District where the counter-terrorism operation regime was lifted at 10.00 am on September 16, RIA Novosti reports.

A blast caused by a suicide bomber in the Sunzhensky District killed three and injured four police officers yesterday night.
