Yukiya Amano reinstated as IAEA chief

Japanese diplomat Yukiya Amano has been approved as Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Conference today.

His candidacy was proposed by the Board of Governors of the IAEA, ITAR-TASS reported.

This is the fourth term of Amano as IAEA head, he was first appointed in 2009.
