Turkish pupils to study Laz language

The Turkish Ministry for Education has decided to make the Laz language optional at middle schools, Georgia Online reports.

Fifth-graders will have an optional choice between the Laz, Georgian, Circassian, and Abkhaz languages to study one of them for 4 years.
