Dagestani deputy industry minister accused of kidnapping

Dagestani Deputy Minister of Industry Ruslan Gadzhibekov was arrested recently on charges of child kidnapping, Yuga.ru cites the prosecutor's office as saying in a statement.

The official is allegedly responsible for kidnapping a boy in July 2013.
