South Ossetia marks State Flag Day

South Ossetia will mark the State Flag Day in the Znaur, Dzau, Tskhinvali and Leningor Districts today, Res reports.

Alexander Baratashvili, head of the Leningor District, said that Leningor will have a special session and concert on September 20.
