Turkish government postpones budget reform

The project of the 2011 budget was expected to be based on new principles, but the Industry Minister Nihat Ergun confirmed that the project would be delayed until 2012, reports euronews. Earlier, Turkey decided not to sign an agreement with the International Monetary Fund on a new loan. The new reform is to reduce the budget deficit and the national debt.
