Mortar shell hits Russian embassy in Damascus

A mortal shell hit the Russian embassy in the Syrian capital of Damascust today, RIA Novosti cites a source in the embassy as saying.

Two employees of the embassy were wounded as a result of the incident. The diplomats believe the shell hit the embassy by mistake.
