Militant leader gives up in Dagestan

Rasul Magomedov, leader of the Balakhaninskaya Gang on the federal wanted list, has given up at Maydanskoye (Untsukulsky District, Dagestan), RIA Novosti reports.

He was wanted for attacks on police officers, kidnapping a man and illegal arms trafficking.
