Azerbaijani foreign minister to attend UN General Assembly

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will attend the 68th session of the UN General Assembly in New York and have bilateral meetings, Trend reports.

He will also attend the GUAM Council of Foreign Ministers.
