Azerbaijani Academy of Sciences prepares list of higher education institutions able to prepare doctors of science

The Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences is preparing a list of higher education institutions able to prepare doctors of science, reports APA. All higher education establishments are to send a request to the Cabinet of Ministers. The Cabinet will then deliver a report on which establishments can issue doctorates.
