Heavy rain causes traffic jams in Baku

The heavy rain in Baku and the Apsheron Peninsula last night exceeded the norm three times, totaling 30-33mm, as reported by the Bureau for Hydrometeorological Forecasts of the National Department for Hydrometeorology of the Ministry for Ecology and Natural Resources.

Traffic on the central streets of Azerbaijan was slowed down by the rain.
