Speaker of Federation Council of Russia wants ‘vote against all’ to be restored

Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia, Valentina Matviyenko, proposed restoration of the ‘vote against all’ option on ballot papers, ITAR-TASS reports.

She said that it was time to increase the number of independent MPs.
