EBRD leaves group of shareholders of “VTB Bank Georgia”

 

The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development has left the group of shareholders of “VTB Bank Georgia”. The Russian “Vneshtorgbank” has bought up stocks of “VTB Bank”, raising its share to 96%. From now on cooperation will continue within a framework of other agreements.
