UNSC to vote for resolution on Syrian chemical weapons this night

The UN Security Council will vote for the resolution on the Syrian chemical weapons at 8.00 pm today, RIA novosti reports.

According to the document project, any side using chemical weapons will be punished according to article 7 of the UN Charter. The article allows use of force.
