Kabardino-Balkarian leader celebrates 20th anniversary of Abkhaz independence

Kabardino-Balkarian Head Arsen Kanokov visited Sukhumi after the 12th International Economic Forum in Sochi to mark the 20th anniversary of Abkhaz independence.

Kanokov met Abkhaz President Alexander Ankvab and congratulated the Abkhaz population. He noted the contribution of Kabardino-Balkarians in the victory of Abkhazia in the Patriotic War of 1992-1993.
