Rosneft authority in Kabardino-Balkaria suspected of theft

Valery Kardanov, Director General of the Rosneft subsidiary in Kabardino-Balkaria, is suspected of stealing assets of a recreation center of Rosneft at a natural reserve of Elbrus, RIA Novosti reports.

Kardanov is on the international wanted list. He made falsified purchases of the recreation center in late 2012. The property was transferred to other owners. Four expensive vehicles were illegally acquired as well.
