Murderer of secretary of Ingush Security Council identified

Artur Dolsayev, 1986, from Chechnya, Ahmed Yevloyev, 1990, and Magomed Polonkoyev, 1987, both from Ingushetia have been identified as murderers of Ruslan Kotiyev, Secretary of the Ingush Security Council, ITAR-TASS reports.

Kotiyev was killed at Nizhniye Achaluki (Malgobeksky District, Ingushetia) in the morning of August 27. His murderers used 5.45mm and 7.62mm guns. Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov believes that the assassination was organized over the professional activities of the official.
