Russian Children's Ombudsman praises family values in Caucasus

Russian Children's Ombudsman Pavel Astakhov told VK in an interview that the living conditions of orphans in the North Caucasus are better than in other regions of Russia. 

 

According to the official, the reason are strong family values of the Caucasian people. 

 

"The situation in the Caucasus is quite different, because people there love children very much and the family traditions are stronger," he said.
