Abkhazians nominate Putin for Nobel Peace Prize

The International Academy for Spiritual Unity and Cooperation has nominated Russian President Vladimir Putin for the Nobel Peace Prize. The coordinator of the international movement for the Protection of the Rights of Nations, Beslan Kobakhia, believes that the peacekeeping activities of Vladimir Putin in the Caucasus and Syria give him the right to have the title of Man of the Year .
