US Secretary of State and Russian FM to meet at APEC summit

US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov are going to meet in the framework of the summit of the Asian and Pasific Economic Cooperation organization (APEC) in Indonesia.

The meeting is scheduled for October 7th.

Secretary Kerry is going to attend the event instead of President Barack Obama, who canceled his visit due to the US goverment shutdown.
