SOCAR to build carbamide-producing plant in Georgia

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is going to build a carbamide-producing plant in Georgia, Trend cites a source in the company as saying.

The plant is expected to be built by the year 2016 in Sumgait.
