Russia has given Tajik labor migrants the right to work for three years in the country, said Speaker of Parliament Sergey Naryshkin at the Russian-Tajik University in Dushanbe, RIA Novosti reports.

The problem of migrant employment was discussed by President Vladimir Putin and the United Russia Party. He said that foreign workers needed a fixed job in Moscow. The Russian parliament proposed visas for labor migrants and noted that Russians should be priority targets for vacancies.
