Pre-election 'silence' starts in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan is enforcing a media blackout on election predictions from 8.00 am, 24 hours before the presidential polls. All election campaigning is also prohibited. According to the law, no opinion polls and forecasts for the elections can be published during the election silence period.
