Iran to continue blocking Facebook and Twitter

Mahmoud Vayezi, Iranian Minister for Information and Telecommunication Technologies, said that there were no plans to unblock Facebook and Twitter, Interfax reports.

Facebook was banned during mass protests in 2009 over alleged vote fraud that handed President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad a second term of office.
