Govorun put in charge of Kremlin’s CIS, Abkhaz and South Ossetian cooperation

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Oleg Govorun, ex-Minister for Regional Development dismissed in October 2012, as the head of the presidential department for socio-economic cooperation with the CIS, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, RIA Novosti reports.
